Sarah is a trained End of Life Doula with INELDA (International End of Life Doula Association). She is also currently studying to I am also a certified hatha yoga instructor and reiki practitioner. In addition to her doula training, she is in the process of becoming a Threshold Medicine Death Coach. This certification allows her to provide spiritual guidance and the skills to work in the etheric threshold between life cords and the death portal. Threshold Medicine Death Coaches assist in the transition of life into an ancestral birthing (completing sept 2023).

I am here to help you (and your loved ones) navigate dying without fear and to help you to approach the end of your life with grace and peace. As an End of Life Doula, Hatha yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner, I incorporate breath and energy work into my practice to bring mindfulness, intention, and healing to our time together.
