About
“When life feels uncertain or overwhelming, I am here to remind you that you do not have to face these feelings on your own. I am committed to creating a safe space for you to process, heal, and grow from any challenges you might be facing. My scope of practice includes working with adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and burnout. I specialize in supporting older adults and caregivers facing grief and loss, caregiver fatigue, and complex family dynamics. Each session is a collaborative process where we learn from one another, allowing you to reflect, heal, and work through whatever challenges you might be facing. I am here to guide you through this journey of self-discovery that will lead to a deeper understanding of oneself and lasting change.”
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York, New Jersey, and Florida (telehealth), with over a decade of experience in the field. My journey to becoming a therapist felt like a natural progression for me. From a young age, I’ve had positive experiences with therapy that showed me how powerful support can be, and I want to help others find that same comfort. I am trained in trauma-informed care as well as dementia care, and I utilize a range of modalities, including mindfulness and strengths-based approaches, in my practice." The relationships I’ve built as a social worker and supervisor have deepened my commitment to providing compassionate therapy, and I’m excited to continue this empowering work.
