I am also a creative being with various artistic training including visual and performing arts, movement arts, and athletic practices, which together equip me to serve as a creative and compassionate EOLD. All of my diverse training and experience have converged to help me become an empathetic and supportive partner, which include: - 200-Hour Yoga Teacher - Physiyoga Teacher - Prison Yoga Advanced Teacher - Trauma-informed Advanced Yoga teacher - Restorative Advanced Yoga Teacher - Yin Advanced Yoga Teacher - Certified Mental Health Coach - Social Impact Storytelling Certification - Restorative Justice and Circle Keeping Certification - Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Certification

I offer personalized support that complements medical care and focuses on emotional and spiritual well-being. My services contribute to a more holistic approach to death, promoting a peaceful transition and reducing fear and anxiety. I’m here to support people and their loved ones facing the end of life. Facing death can be overwhelming in many ways. My role as an end-of-life doula is to reduce your stress by helping to organize your affairs, plan your funeral and last days, and/or provide emotional support and sit vigil. You can work with me as much or as little as you need, schedules permitting. I am based in New York City for in-person services and available for video consultations nationally.
