My name is Lee (they/them) and I serve the greater Portland Metro area including Vancouver, Washington and the surrounding towns. I am trained in MAiD by ACAMAID and volunteer with End of Life Washington as a Volunteer Client Advisor. I believe in bodily autonomy and an individuals agency in the way they want to live their life including the end of their life. I also believe that children are the most overlooked when it comes to grief support and aim to hold space and education for such delicate emotions and how to manage them.

What types of services do you provide?

- Legacy Work - Vigil planning and support day of - Advance Directive/POLST planning - End of life education - Grief support - Childhood grief support - Respite/domestic care - MAiD/VSED support and education

What should clients know about your pricing(e.g., discounts, fees, packages)?

$75/hour Sliding scale is available, no one will be turned away for not having the financial means for support

What is your typical process for working with a new client?

I like to have a complimentary consultation meeting by zoom or phone call to find out what you are needing as far as support. If I can not fulfill requests or do not think we are compatible I will work within my means to help you find the support and resources you need.

What are some of the ways you have supported someone at end-of-life?

I am a volunteer for End of Life Washington as a Volunteer Client Advisor to get people access to the Death with Dignity Act which includes MAiD/VSED.

What advice would you give someone looking to hire an end-of-life doula?

Compatibility is important so it is important you and your doula get along well. The last thing you want during some of the hardest parts of your life is not feeling completely comfortable with the person supporting you and your family.

What populations are you best suited to serve?

I serve the LGBT+, disabled, BIPoC, and otherwise disenfranchised communities as well as grief support for the youth.

Do you offer any other services beyond end-of-life doula support (e.g. advanced care planning, paralegal, legacy services, chaplaincy services)?

I am well versed in Advanced care planning, POLST forms and anything involving bureaucracy.

I serve anyone who needs care and understanding in their end of life. I work closely with the sex worker communities, LGBTQ+, Jewish, pagan and disabled communities as well as youth in grief support.
