My approach is deeply empathic. It's centered around understanding and resonating with the emotions and experiences of each individual I serve With a wealth of experience spanning two decades in public health, behavioral health, emergency management, and advocacy, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and their families during times of profound grief and unexpected challenges. This includes helping individuals navigate the complexities brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic and other unique circumstances.


I provide personalized guidance, simplifying complex matters, and translating medical or legal jargon into understandable language. My interactions are built on trust, active listening, and open communication, creating a supportive and safe space for clients to express their wishes and concerns.

I offer a range of services tailored to support individuals and their families during challenging times. These services include: End-of-Life Planning: Assisting individuals in making decisions and documenting their preferences for medical care, ensuring their wishes are honored. Emotional Support: Providing a compassionate and empathetic presence to individuals and their loved ones, offering a safe space for sharing feelings and concerns. Advance Directives: Guiding individuals in creating important documents like living wills and healthcare proxies to ensure their medical wishes are respected. Legacy and Remembrance: Assisting in creating meaningful remembrances and legacy projects to celebrate a person's life and leave a lasting memory. Navigating Medical Decisions and Health Advocacy: Translating complex medical information into understandable terms, supporting and speaking up for individuals and their families to make informed decisions about treatments and health choices. Document Guidance: Guiding individuals through legal paperwork, including wills, power of attorney, and other end-of-life legal documents. COVID Mitigation Strategies: Providing guidance on infection control measures and safety protocols to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Health Education and Support: Offering information, support, and guidance Offering culturally sensitive support, respecting diverse backgrounds, traditions, and beliefs.

Do you offer any physical modalities or specialty training?

I don't provide physical modalities or specialty training myself, but I can certainly help individuals and their families connect with specialized professionals or services when needed. My role is primarily focused on emotional support, guidance, and advocacy during end-of-life experiences.
