I have always been drawn to the threshold, the space between what is seen and what is not, between the living and those who have crossed. It is not a place that frightens me. There is so much this work can teach humanity; about love, about letting go, about what remains when the body does not. That is what led me here, and it is what keeps me here. I hold a Doctorate in Metaphysical Humanistic Science (2024) and accreditation as an End-of-Life Doula (2026). But what I carry is not only academic. It is lived. I have sat with the dying. I have held space for the grieving. I have listened to what is spoken and what is left unsaid. I do not turn away from the those moments. What I offer is not a formula. It is presence and patience. All grounded and without judgment. I do not tell you what to believe. I do not ask you to change your faith. I meet you where you are, with respect for your path and your pace. Above all, I believe the dying deserve reverence. They deserve to be heard, to be held, and to be honored as they transition. They are not a diagnosis. They are not a task. They are souls completing a journey, and they deserve to be treated with dignity, patience, and love beyond their final breath.

I am Dr. Lucimarie, Metaphysician and Accredited End-Of-Life Doula. I walk with individuals and families through dying, death, and grief offering my steady presence, practical guidance and more. I serve South Carolina, with virtual and in person sessions available nationwide.
